We've pushed out the latest jQuery UI components to the latest possible version (1.7.2) which affects the /upload page since it uses the sortable package.
Tested with Windows IE 6/7, Firefox 3+ and on Macintosh Safari 3/4, Firefox.

Anonymous Upload Limit
We've limited the number of upload items for anonymous users to 5. If you want more, register and there is no limit. This was necessary to protect the service and add value to registrations.
The same limit applies if you're trying to extend your collection without registration.
